Wasafi freq and Star TV freq are too close, some decoders can not separate the two freq. Use a Chinese STB other than SRT and Q sat(eg Best HD, Freesat) both channels will pop up.

Did you use an 8 ft dish?

Some of lnb don't pick jeshi signal on a 6ft but pick the rest of frequency on that sat. I and someone else at a different location we were using pauxis but all was negative results. We ended up using SuperMax.
