African Satellite World and Sat Gear

Those channels are for Uplink and to downlink that you use a big dish which they have access to and i don't mean our small plates.
Haha... I wonder why signet make receiving locals so hard.

It think it's because they're in bed with dstv who want you to pay to watch Kenyan locals.

Hello hi!

My target is to get the axn and other good stuffs on 76.5°E on an 8f. I have tried using Gulf stat 666 C band LNB, but I only got lotus, fashion. And few other channels.

Now when I was looking for a Gulf Star 777, I came across the 999. I couldn't take it before I consult the gurus here.

Is the 999 reliable as the 777? Has anyone ever used it?

Elevation for akcn and lotus is a little different. After locking lotus, lift dish (mwaga maji) by about 1cm you'll get axcns

Oh..... So its not an LNB issue!!! By rising the dish 1 cm, will I not lose the lotus again?

Thank you bro.

Interesting doccie channel in English (FIB TV) on Nilesat 7w but in SD.

That sat requires precision .......when you tweak...not by cm... But mm even micrometers ..1st precision 2nd precision 3rd precision

8ft has a flood of signal you need not struggle.

And forth precision, LNB Skew is the key. In, out, up down, and tweaking tweaking, clockwise, anticlockwise, left right, [emoji120]And plenty of time.

Thank you sir.
Using an analogue sat finder, I can see how tough my work is. I Wish there were specific measurements ....

wonder why and they are on the same sat .... miles away
Apstar 7 was meant to replace Apstar 2R at 76.5 after planned 15 year lifetime. But Apstar 2R was still useful after its planned lifetime and was not actually decommissioned. Chinese being Chinese Instead set them to work side by side until 2R is dead. Now what you have up there are actually 2 sats separated by few fractions of degrees with few tps on the old one and others on the new one.. That's why you need to adjust elevation by fractions of degrees to lock some tps.
