As Vicwa just said, make sure you Scan them on the right satellite (SES 5)

Sometime back I was in similar predicament. I simply bought the plain metal rod then took it to some fellow to thread it for me.

Why are the AFEN stuck every few seconds!? ,. It gives me headache, I have tried every recent software, all are the same . Their behaviour is like they are updating keys every few seconds.

They are not like ordinary Powa VU we used to roll @68.5e, it seems like they update kiys more often that's why they require constant internet connection. The waiting time is also much longer (around 10-15 seconds on my side) compared to other sats like 16e.
Do they appear red on your list?

Yes, they do, in my settings I chose green instead of red on those internet dependant . So they are green.
