yes the small actuator will heat and if overused may blow out...

these actuators have something called "duty cycle" I read on some specifications mine had a duty cycle of 20% or 1 out of 5.. meaning for every 1 minute of use you must allow it to rest and cool for 5 mins otherwise it overheats potentially burning up the copper windings

you can still get a heavier actuator with a higher duty cycle.

I have come to the conclusion that the sr200 4k extreme is the culprit. It has failed this trick, just as it has always failed.
