African Satellite World and Sat Gear

Hello brothers, hi.
I have this 8ft dish with 2 Lnbs. Ku band (the main) points to 68.5E, targeting 12724 H 30000. And a c band LNB tracking 72.1E (for some local Tz and KE channels)

Every lnb is working perfectly. Now the problem is that, when I connect a Disecq switch 1.0, all other channels are OK (both on C band and Ku band) except the channels in 12724 H 30000 (Ku)

But when I connect the Ku band directly without the switch, all the channel works

It seems the problem is the switch.

Please guys, how can I solve this?

Nb. Both LNBs are Eurostar. And the receiver is Starsat 2000 Extrm.

I am stunned ,.why don't I get any response from the wifi stick I have just connected in my strong srt4955 receiver wifi/usb pot. No any glimpse of it on my tv screen.. I even turned ON my phone hotspot ,but couldn't detect it.. am I missing something? Is the software hiding the wifi connection?!?? Or is the wifi stick not compatible??,..

It could be the wrong stick. Look for one which is compatible with its chip.

If indeed its an 8' then you are under utilizing it. If possible look for a combined LNB for 68E. Try adjusting the height of the LNB from the dish and check its skew.

Now that 68.5e is in the limelight, has anyone on the same sat nabbed 11514v using a 90cm ?
Kungu1 used to nab it using 8ft offset dish.

Homebase tv has a awesome program which televises landscape scenery while playing instrument music which runs for about 1 hour.

No lock on the SABC channels on frequency 11674 V 26657 or frequency 11474 V 30000 hosting FTA dast channels.

From my sat investigation, i think the frequencies are still active on Intelsat 7 @ 68.5° East

As Per Real Time Satellite Tracking on N2YO website, Intelsat 7 is still active @ 68.6° East>>>>>>LIVE REAL TIME SATELLITE TRACKING AND PREDICTIONS: INTELSAT 7 (PAS 7)

BTV & GOD TV channels recently migrated from Intelsat 7 SA footprint to Intelsat 20 Sub Sahara Africa footprint, so lets wait for the SABC channels." >>>>

Yes its true bro.
I know that I am under utilizing it. Its just that I am still learning how to do these things.

I'll be gradually improving as I am learning from you guys.
