Assume the lnb positions form 4 quadrants. 3 O'clock is +90deg skew, 9 O'clock is -90deg skew, both are correct but as per your location its 89.4deg then you adjust very slightly from 3 or 9 O'clock.
If you use 6 or 12 O'clock then you invert polarity by interchanging the signal probes inside the lnb.
