so to answer myself after small small research i have done on the web......most of these Linux boxes support powervu through pluggins such as the Oscam emupowervu ......

the research continues......

Yes it's there. I guess there is a very little difference between Sr 90k & sr2k. Sr90k does sds without net while sr2k can't do sds according to gurus on this forum.

Sr2k has an edge over Sr90 of opening multistream channels like Kenyan and Ugandan mux @72.1e and 18w respectively.
