This is a charade that has been going on for some time now.For as long as KBSHEE, and govt,remain in bed with dishthief,the shenanigans are bound to persist.Sometime back,there were even some noises regarding how dishmwizi would be compelled to resell foota rights to the others, but in the end it all came to nought.Meanwhile KBSHEE's parastatal-induced mindset remains,making it lethargic ,moribund and bankrupt-forever on its knees pleading for money to even pay workers' salaries.Govt,on the other hand,is confused between trying to protect its incestuous relationship with dishthug and playing its supervisory role.Of course dissthug is happy with this arrangement because it can use govt machinery to bludgeon its competitors or anyone trying to threaten its interests.The consumers\ taxpayers are only required to be spectators as they get screwed right,left and center.

4rever's main target market is MENA, southern Europe & parts of Asia (largely India, Pakistan & Iran). There are many birds that 4ever covers but unfortunately the best ones are beyond our reach in sub-Saharan Africa. Here are some of bird positions on which 4ever does magic (countries of the greened packages are included in parentheses and the list is far from exhaustive); 7W (MENA - Middle East & North Africa), 4W (Israel), 0.8W (Eastern Europe - Romania, Czech, Hungary, etc), 4.9E (Ukraine), 9E (Greece, Germany, Netherlands, etc.), 13E (Poland, France, Greece, Switzerland, etc.), 16E (Eastern Europe), 19E (Germany, France, Spain, Austria, Belgium), 23E (Netherlands & Eastern Europe), 39E (Bulgaria), 95E (India) among others.

COVID has given me an opportunity to discover my garage of dishes after a long time and armed with GIDEN supplied inverto and one of my 130 offset, location Nairobi, and the common songs here on 4WD, 7w et al, I ventured out. 7w all smart but I have landed on 4WD and its proving my rusty skills. I get most DVB-S tps but the DVB-S2 are playing a hide a seek game. I only get 10997V 15000 working in the morning (on my Freesat V7 Combo) quality of 40 but later by like 10am onwards the signal starts to fade and I have none in the evening. ASAS what am I not doing right on this bird?

135 cm Stargold offset in Nyeri but siginal quality maximum is 43_44% on Freesat v7HD
