It could be a setup/LNB type issue. You may also try adjusting LNB settings in your box. I was getting them in my Hellobox v5 plus (which I don't think is DVBS2X capable) and I still have them in [emoji93]Sat SR 90K.
If you're using GT Media V8 finder, make sure SQ on KTN is above 54%

Pull of the power plug from the socket and return till it works. That's a common issue with starsat.
