The affected STB models are SR-2K EXTREME & SR-90K EXTREME. I hope you're not victims! Do your STBs freeze when not connected to internet? I used to have a similar problem with one of the internet providers in Uganda especially when mobile data ran out. Try to troubleshoot by eliminating some of these possible causes & see if the problem persists.

Mine was bought way backin 2018 but still hangs. It's not a counterfeit issue. The box has low RAM. And can't keep up with the software updates they keep cramming on it.

The PVR function on Mine also failed long ago and I know the box will eventually suffer total failure in a year or two.

That's why am betting on ZGEMMA

Mine started from day one streaming using Apollo is okay when watching Amos 7, 4 west I'm good by OSN it hangs immediately and also on 7e but 5e and 3.1e It does not hang on nilesat only OSN makes it hang

Probably that might be 7e problem coz am currently on 7e
