Mine started from day one streaming using Apollo is okay when watching Amos 7, 4 west I'm good by OSN it hangs immediately and also on 7e but 5e and 3.1e It does not hang on nilesat only OSN makes it hang

Hello guys.
I have some issue with my new sr2000 hd extreme.
It tends to freeze with no response of any button from the remote until i switch it off and on.

I need help pls.

Someone asked, what is solution on starsat WiFi hanging.

1. Never refresh WiFi that is the beginning of hanging.

2. Once receiver starts hanging due of net(WiFi), you will have to switch to another WiFi router(I.e if you're using one phone's hotspot and it hangs,you switch to another phone's hotspot).

3.The previous net/WiFi(the one that hanged) will work after some few days(without hanging).
Refresh section, moto wa kuoteya mbali.

Remove WiFi stick and check if its not hanging. If so follow the above processes.
