Dish size..?
Learn to read charts.. look at this

See KU east africa beam around kenya the beam encircling is marked 50 this is in dbs..... Next at the bottom it indicates the dish size for them strength... So you need at least dish size 50 to 60 cm dish size.......
To get the beam see here FlySat NSS-12 @ 57Β° East

Go to the channel you want...then the second to last column gives you the beam...
The are many ways this is just one of them.......

If you have starsat and still struggling with audio on horn channels do the following...
1. Go to Menu on your remote
2. Installation
3. Satellite
4. Tick your satellite and press on transponder
5. Tick transponder and go to edit PID (yellow button)
6. On left are channel names right are PIDs
7. Go to the name of your channel eg Horn sport 4 and see the PID numbers it the channels you can write them if you cannot remember them .
8. Go to add ( green button)
9. Enter the PIDs as seen on the channel u want to open...
10. Video type should be H264 and audio type should be AAC

Now close by press OK new channel you created come with audio.

It's strictly for starsat other s can try also
