There's no rocket science, two broadcast packages found on BelinterSAT 1a @51.9°E.

One package opens via server while the other one is virtually stubborn. May turn green but rarely opens. Stress yourself small.

Still there but some locked. I think those packages use H.264. With such a decoder you can get Teestev stuff like embece max, chemach, afro ...... RT... etc. Am using a 100cm offset.
