They are responsive...its stable...I have one of their agents no(one who installed for me)

I had NSS 12 as main on a 3 feet and IS 20 as parasite in Nairobi but recently sacrificed them and aimed at Turksat 4A. Is there a combination I can do on the same dish either balancing on the main LNB and as a parasite?

That's Rascom-QAF1R at 2.9°E not ABS 1. The only thing you did is searching on the satellite labelled ABS 1 on your box, the satellite name can be edited though.....

ABS 1 reached its end of life, that's the reason why..... Worry not, most of us here were as you are. With time you will become a pro. Have you taken time to read all the posts in this forum?
