Genzs want Fred Obachi Machoka to retire from Citizen ndio wapate kazi. Fred has worked in the media for 50 years ,he's now 72 years old. What they don't know is that Fred is experienced, he has a unique voice,he has a niche and connections. Citizen needs him more than he needs the company. He owns Fred's ranch which generates alot of income for him.
Fred's audience is 35 years and above. There is no single Genzs who can do the job..kwanza Genzs don't know hata songs za 2010. Sisi millennials amd genX are interested in 1960 to 2005 songs especially Rhumba.
If you feel that you are so good, kwanza start by running your independent shows online. Tuone how you can perform. Nowadays you don't even need media ndio ujulikane.
We also know that young generation haitaki kuchoka, majority are so unreliable, they don't keep time, they can resign without notice, they don't respect bosses, they don't dress well, some don't take a shower daily. Nani atawapea kazi na hiyo tabia...
