All that said and done; the ultimate loser is mwananchi! EL na JK wakigombana, tunaoumia ni sisi. As I said before Tanzania is being run just like a private business. Just imagine sasa tunafikiria personalities na interests za hawa wakubwa, hatufikirii hizi personalities zina interests gani kumsaidia mwananchi wa kawaida. Kibaya zaidi, these same people will do their deals behind the door and later go before wananchi to legitimize their evil intentions through that demon called democracy.
In politics you have no permananet friends, only permanent interests. on the former Iam not sure, but on the latter, Iam sure EL and JK have the same interests!
I said it before bila utawala wa sheria ni vigumu sana hizi banana republic zetu kuja kupata maendeleo hata siku moja, why? kwa sababu kama tungekuwa na sheria dhabiti, hawa the so called mafisadi wangepelekwa mbele ya vyombo vya sheria kujibu tuhuma na wananchi wangeamua kusuka au kunyoa, sasa kwa sababu watawala wenyewe ndo wanahusika na huu ufisadi, it makes little difference what do you expect? wewe ukiona mshauri mkuu wa kisheria wa serikali AG, mkuu wa kupambana na rushwa wanatuhumiwa na vitendo vya rushwa, kuna matumaini hapo? inaobidi watunge sheria na kuandika miswada ndo hao..wezi akina Mwanyika, tutegemee nini? ataishauri nini serikali??
All in all, JK can do what he wants, but if his style of governance had interests of the poor voters at the centre he wouldnt have to worry at all, because they would be at his side, but simply because he decided to associate his administration with the special interests groups- and now they are turning against him, then he should worry because the same dirty tricks he used against others will be used against him by those who invented them! and these same wananchi who voted him because of manipulations, they will be manipulated again-though this time, not in his favour!
All in all when you do eveil, just know, one day they will catch up with you. So whether it is EL, JK, RA..they should know that one day, they will respond to these poor wananchi who seemingly have no sense of understanding! But with zeal and strong resilience, I am eternally optimistic, that we are moving.
