Ujamaa mindBoss there is No (Zero) foreign Capital Going to Tz Cash crop and horticulture Agriculture, Even in fresh produce such as green beans, avocados etc..Whether Tz will allow colonial white settlers back to their land in exchange for FDI is debatable. There are many more ways of increasing investment in cash crops without surrendering your land to Colonialists, it may take time but it will happen eventually
