2.He asked very inconvenient question during the hiring of those supreme court judges.
3.He has published in his newsletter that one of Moi's sons killed Julie Ward
4. He is very realistic, he sees tribalism and calls it as such never minding how it will go down with any of his admirers. A point to note is that he represents in the supreme court one of the people that he has criticised alot in his articles.

Dah the guy is so smart, I saw him in the court yesterday and the way he was contextulizing issues left even the bench more attentive. He's so direct and stands by his opinion in circumstances of counter-challenges, I saw this when Lord Justice Smokin Wanjiru challenged him about twice or more. He's so narrative and seems to be much prepared on this petition with a number of citations on court decisions and election grievancies across the world. He represents one among the respondents either the IEBC or Uhuru Kenyatta. In my view he was man of the show for yesterday

He's so direct and stands by his opinion in circumstances of counter-challenges, I saw this when Lord Justice Smokin Wanjiru challenged him about twice or more. He's so narrative and seems to be much prepared on this petition with a number of citations on court decisions and election grievancies across the world. He represents one among the respondents either the IEBC or Uhuru Kenyatta. In my view he was man of the show for yesterday
