Aina ya mazoezi yasiyohitaji Gym

Watu wengi wanapenda kwenda gym kufanya mazoezi,lakini wengi wao pia hushindwa kwa sababu mbalimbali kama umbali,kukosa muda,etc

Lakini usiwe moyo,kuna namna nzuri ya kufanya mazoezi ukiwa nyumbani.
Ufanye nini basi? Haya ni baadhi tu ya mazoezi ambayo kwa kweli unaweza kuyafanya ukiwa nyumbani bila gharama yoyote
1.Pushups
2.Squats(kusimama na kuchuchumaa)
3.Chinups(kujivuta juu)
4.Kuruka kamba
5.Situps(zoezi la tumbo)

Pamoja na mazoezi mengI ya kunyoosha viungo kama mgongo,mapaja nk
Kama uko karibu na kiwanja ni advantage kubwa kwako kufanya mazoezi ya jogging pia
Inapendeza sana kufanya mazoezi na mke au mpenzi wako au partner wako wa biashara

Uzuri wa kupata hook ups kwenye gym ni ile proximity.

Na zile workout attire nazo ndo hukoleza sana muonekano wao.

Halafu ukute hajui vizuri kutumia pieces of equipment kadha wa kadha.

Ukimuona anahangaika nayo au anakosea kitu basi nawe unajisogeza taratiibu unamsaidia.

Tena kuna sehemu ya sauna, baada ya mazoezi mnaenda kuoga kisha unajifunga kitaulo unaingia kwenye kuchumba kidogo kina joto la hatari, wanawake wanajifunga kikanga nao ndani, basi utaona vituko, huyu anashika mshipa wake ili joto liingie, huyu anakunjua mashavu ya chini huku akichezea kijiulimi, wanawake wanakagua nani anandizi bukoba, nani anandizi kisukari ,basi raha sana.
 
You are right, people should start changing their lifestyles by including physical exercises in their daily routines and eat healthy foods. doing this will help to prevent diseases. Your health should be a number one priority.

mazoezi muhumi sana kwa ajili ya afya. magonjwa kama "cardiovascular diseases like stroke, diabetes, respiratory attacks, and cancer which are known as NON COMMUINICABLE DISEASES (NCD)" kwa kiasi kikubwa yanasababishwa na mabadliko ya mfumo wa maisha hasa ulaji mbovu. NCD yanaongoza kwa vifo duniani, Ili tupunguze vifo vinavyosababishwa na NCD mazoezi ni lazima

Niliyoizoea mimi huwa wanatoza laki 1 kwa mwezi zamani ilikuwa 80,daily 10 thou wanajiita genesis health club wapo kimara baruti kwenye sheli ya puma. Wana walimu wa mazoezi wanaojitahidi. Ila nimesikia zipo za bei poa zaidi maeneo ya tabata.

Hii umenikumbusha kuna sehemu moja dodoma ya kuogelea afu kuna sauna sasa mkitoka kwenye hilo swimpuli wote mnajazana sauna sasahuko ndo utapenda yaani mdada utamkuta ndani ya swimsuti afu ndo kapigwa na joto kali la mulendani imelowa kila kitu hadharani daah utapenda asee.
