I've lived in Kenya, I've travel to Kenya so many times, singing empty words that Kenya is more advance that Tanzania doesn't cut the mustard, you'll need more supporting evidence than that. I'm not convinced that Kenya is so far ahead in on welfare of its people, on security, on access to health, food, air quality, education, land, ccess to credit, housing, good representation in politics, law, governance, lower in crime, corruption ..I'm just not that convinced. I've said it before Kenya is not that advanced to Tanzania, if is that advance why we're all member of EAC where by some of rules and regulation are harmonised meaning the standard is supposed to be the same? Is Kenya advance in tourism, industrialization, farming, unemployment, access to clean water?? Were I'm struggling to see.
The current EAC business report indicate more businesses community are relocating from Mombasa to Dar, and your questing our roads, if our roads were that bad will they bring there businesses to Dar? Its amazing to see young Kenyans knows very little about other EAC countries than they know about western world.
I'll let you believe what you want to believe on Japan business. The country hasn't expand for the last 10yrs, at moment is doing same business it was doing pre market crush 2008. Credit is business like any business, Japan is containing doing the same business it was doing before, but it not growing and in some cases is shrinking because they have to share revenue with China, India and South Korea. EAC rings the bell?
