An Open Letter on The State of The Nation and Corruption

Ab-Titchaz

could be githongo and PLO have learned their previous mistake. having being in anti corruption and beholden to the then administration, they failed to net the big fish with their moral obligation and mandate and now they are now freely excersicing their democratic right, holding free public speeches and lectures, governprs are on a joy ride campaign using tax payers money to facilitate trips...these are not 'moral'/integrity issues

Last notable political assassination in Kenya happened in 1990, Githongo was part of the process and when he probably saw some corruption within his circles he bailed to U.K to go and display his trash, if he had given his expose to a local media i would have taken him with utmost seriousness but then again for whose interest was he working for?

Exposing a scandal that points directly at the President in the local media would be suicidal. Hio unajua lakini unaleta
ubishi. It would have been the dumbest thing to do if you were to ask me. And by the way he was working for the interest of Kenyans who got to hear somebody say "Ngo srow na hii maneno" as their hard earned tax money was being squandered by the sacred cows from the chosen tribe.. By you labelling the expose as 'trash' points to a partsian stance on your part.

Meanwhile political assasinations were also carried out during Kibaki's regime...ask how Prof Mbadi was killed.

Prof Mbadi? Who the hell was he in Kenyan circles?

to be honest it is PLO that I will fault. at least githongo tried to blow the whistle and uncover the looters in kibaki regime, but circumstances could not favor, and there was no way that he could take to the local media because some were beholden to the regime.

And by the way he was working for the interest of Kenyans who got to hear somebody say "Ngo srow na hii maneno" as their hard earned tax money was being squandered by the sacred cows from the chosen tribe.. By you labelling the expose as 'trash' points to a partsian stance on your part.

Mmmmmmm,,,,the taxpayers' money,,it is a very small percentage,,the largest is
provided by the Chinese themselves and as i understand,,,most of the repayment
will come from the railways itself and that is why the Chinese condition is that,,the
railway will have to have the monopoly of transporting all cargo.

The question People should be asking is,,,,how much will the Chinese Bank that is
providing the loan,,what is the interest,,how much are they going to get out of
this deal?????

But people are far away,,,raising questions which are not,,even there and
that is why Uhuru Kenyatta can afford to dismiss them just as,,simple hecklers
with nothing to offer.
