Tanzania venye Magufuli anampelekea hivi karibuni mtacheza ligi moja na Burundi.
Nimekuambia, this is fake news free zone na wewe inajaza fake news hapa. Hakuna hata mtu mmoja anaweza kufungua. Sisi sio watoto you cant lie to us.

What a farce of a country.

In this PDF screenshot, I've highlighted the part you've decided to ignore.

Inonyesha you've travel to Tanzania ndio maana unasema hivyo. Sio Tanzania alone, any where in the world, WHO has place Kenya and other countries in the map as high risk of contracting yellow fever usitulaumu sisi, walaumu WHO.

Nimefika Tanzania na hakuna yeyote aliniitisha certificate ya yellow fever vaccination, ilhali niliingia kutoka Kenya.
Ndio nikakuuliza.

Lies lies and big fat lies. Hakuna evidence yoyote kama revenue ya tourism in Tanzania imeshuka. We've pass $2bil mark, how is Kenya doing?

Mara block this mara block that, mwisho wa siku watajikuta hawana cha kublock.

Kenya your still struggling with yellow fever 2017 let alone Cholera. While Tanzania isn't.

Did you even study the map? Look at Somalia with no functional national govt doesn't have Yellow fever problems.... The whole of north East which is largely marginalised also doesn't have it,
Which means yellow fever is more prevelance is more of an environmental factor ... Yellow fever is caused by a specific mosquito found in specific environments where there are infected monkeys and that specific type of mosquito....
If Tanzania had managed to get rid of Yellow fever caused by mosquito bites, then you would have also gotten rid of other diseases caused by bites from normal mosquitos which is not the case ....
More people die of malaria in Tz than in Kenya which means you wouldn't be able to take care of Yellow fever if it was widespread

And don't act as if there fas never been a cholera outbreak on Tz, in 2015-2016, a cholera outbreak killed 300 in 5 months in Tz ,as usual you media was asleep

Wakenya tupo juu matajiri wanajua east africa wapi pesa inapatikana.
ulielewa

Unataka kusema watu 1.3 million wanagawana $5.8?

The long essay just to tell me why there's still yellow fever in Kenya and not Tanzania. So you think just because Somalia has no functioning government then Kenya yellow fever case is justifiable, with or without government people can managed themselves.

Right now, Zanzibar has nearly eradicate malaria, you can look at it here (PDF info from WHO)
https://www.google.co.uk/url?sa=t&s...ggzMAE&usg=AFQjCNEr6PGr74R5EwPAnexbsUQoe8mNaw

The same model used in Zanzibar has started to be adopted in the mainland. We a factory in Arusha (A to Z Textile Mills) produced treated mosquito net, they even supply them to Kenya too and many part of sub sahara Africa.

No, hujasoma vizuru, (or your trying to be funny) inawezekana vipi $5.8bn wagawane 1.3 million people, are serious?. 1.3 million are overall jobs created on tourism industry alone which is more than twice iliyokuwa created in Kenya.

Until the day you report less Mosquito related deaths in Tz compared to Kenya, avoid such arguments....
Zanzibar is an island of only 1 Million people, Its semi-autonomous, completely manageble.. mainland Tz is 54 Million people !!!

at the end of the day, its the overall that matters, not some success story in one isolated case... For example Kenya is on course to completely eliminate mother-to-child HIV infection in the next 3 years, but I can't then begin to claim that we will eradicate all hiv
and oh, BTW, I have like 10 free nets in my closet back in my home town, our local area assistant chief keeps distributing new nets every six months, we keep on telling him we don't need them but he tells us the MoH keeps on giving him new nets every six
to 12 months to distribute and he has no where to store them, so he has to distribute them to every homstead, it has reached a level where people are using them as greenhouse cover for sensitive plants like tomatoe...and all of the nets are manufactured localy in kenya, and once you are diagnosed with Malaria, you are treated for free in govt hospital, if you take a child to the local dispensary for any reason, b4 you leave they ask you if the child sleeps under a treated net, if you say no you are given two free nets for you and your baby, so don't think we are not working to eradicate malaria over here

Wivu utawamaliza Kenya, if Tanzania is on it's way up in eradicating malaria instead of asking how did you do it, your here boasting you've net in cabinet.

This is why kikwete is roaming around the world as chairman of Africa malaria alliance expressing Tanzanian case. Wewe unakaa unasema oh, the day you eradicate mosquito death come and tell me. OK stay there, soon your government will be asked what where doing while your neighbour was busy killing all type mosquito. Just like the case of yellow fever, I'm sure before i mention it here in JF no Kenyan knew that Tanzania was yellow fever free for the last three years.

KIKWETE: The promise of a malaria-free Africa is in sight

BTW the Mosquito larvicides factory in Kibaha is the only one in Africa.

Typical Tanzanian behavior , you start celebrating immediately you start doing the job, wait till you get the job done then talk, as for right now you are still behind Kenya in tackling Malaria. Period!
While JK going around acting like if he solved it, go google stuff about malaria research in Africa and see if you will miss Kenya... No country in Africa has produced more reseach on Malaria than Kenya, led by UoN and Kemri, infact, the insecticide you find today in treated net was made out of Kemri labs, Right now Kemri is making good progress on the Malaria vaccine which will render mosquito bites harmless all together, which will make mosquito bites just a nuisance, Kemri is also a leader in Africa in TB research, they have made an improved TB vaccine in collaboration with CDC and other tropical diseases, HiV in East Africa - talk to Kemri...... Why do you think every approved new life saving drug on most diseases will be brought to Kenya first b4 any other Country? Be it ebola vaccine, new ARV, flue vaccine, improved malaria drug...

People like her are the real heroes fighting the good fight

A Tanzanian passport.

COLUMNBy Michael Otieno

Recently on arrival at one of the airports in the region, a traveller caused a stir when he insisted on being "exempted" from producing a yellow fever card since he had a US passport.

Much to his surprise -- and the amusement of the other travellers -- the airport health official would have none of his argument, telling him he was going to get a jab and detention, a development that left the traveller livid.

I recalled an incident a year earlier, when a Kenyan woman had to spend 25 hours at the Jomo Kenyatta International Airport because she didn't have a yellow fever vaccination card on arrival.

Regardless of the passport a traveller holds, so long as their journey had originated from a country where one needs to have a yellow fever card, the law will be applied.

These two incidents left me wondering how many travellers take time to apprise themselves of the travel document requirements of the countries they intend to visit.

Granted, it is impossible to keep track of the entry requirements of over 200 countries as they are constantly changing, but this information is readily available on various platforms.

Key requirements

Key requirements for travellers to ensure compliance go beyond passport and visa, and include travel insurance, airport tax, adherence to Customs regulations, currency and laws on travelling with minors.

Take Customs, for instance. There is no better way to get someone's attention than utter the words, "Customs regulations" as they retrieve their luggage from the carousel. It always triggers a sense of alertness even in the most tired of long haul travellers.

For the light business traveller, there is little or usually nothing to worry about. But for the holiday makers and business people, there is always an anxious moment as they wait to claim their baggage.

Most travellers, unless directed to the Customs desk will, pick up their bags and head straight for the "nothing to declare" exit sign.

Until now I have never figured out the formula that Customs officials in the region use to wave a traveller through or ask to check their baggage. All countries have a limit on what can be imported without incurring duty, with the majority having clearly published guidelines on tobacco products, alcohol and currency.Whether these and other items are purchased at the point of origin, are gifts or are above the allowable duty-free limits, passengers are expected to pay tax for them.

Restrictions

It would be prudent to note that some countries go as far as having a minimum age restriction on who can import items duty free.Curiously, Uganda Customs allows free imports -- within limits -- of tobacco products, spirits, perfumes and personal effects to a maximum value of $500 except for those returning from visits to Kenya and Tanzania.Limits on currency for both nationals, residents and foreigners is taken very seriously by many countries, with most having a ceiling on what can be brought in or taken out.The Kenya Revenue Authority for example, recently revised its currency limits to $10,000 or its equivalent -- which must be declared at Customs upon arrival.Equally

Long article revealing nothing.
Apart from myself, I have many friends who have been to TZ many times, by road, and they've never produced a yellow fever certificate.
