Why do you think every approved new life saving drug on most diseases will be brought to Kenya first b4 any other Country? Be it ebola vaccine,new ARV, flue vaccine, improved malaria drug...

You need yellow fever certificate to enter Tanzania from Kenya or any high risks areas. I'm Tanzanian and they ask me all the time I fly back or drive back to Tanzania.
