No country in Africa has produced more reseach on Malaria than Kenya, led by UoN and Kemri, infact, the insecticide you find today in treated net was made out of Kemri labs, Right now Kemri is making good progress on the Malaria vaccine which will render mosquito bites harmless all together, which will make mosquito bites just a nuisance, Kemri is also a leader in Africa in TB research, they have made an improved TB vaccine in collaboration with CDC and other tropical diseases, HiV in East Africa - talk to Kemri...... Why do you think every approved new life saving drug on most diseases will be brought to Kenya first b4 any other Country? Be it ebola vaccine,new ARV, flue vaccine, improved malaria drug...
