Na wao ndio wanaotoa kibali kwa network and Internet providers sasa nani anayejua idadi ya Internet users in Tanzania kama sio TCRA wenye mandate ya regulation monitoring and supervision on Internet and all communication means in Tanzania?

If Tanzania schools are better then someone explain to me how come Tanzania has a literary rate around 68% while kenya is 79%?

No matter how better your schools are, Tanzania has more illiteracy than Kenya.
