Are non Muslem lawyers allowed in kadhi courts?
Can a non Muslim lawyer allowed to appear before Kadhi court and/or acting/represent a Muslim client? Do you think it will be a waste of time as he/she can never be listened nor his/her submission taken, especially if the other side is represented by a Muslim lawyer?
Or, do you think the Kadhi will manipulate and deliver ruling against him or her citing rules and law evidence under Muslim law which are strange to the non- muslem lawyer?
