Gunnpowder flop
ARSENE WENGER'S problems continued to mount last night.
His Arsenal side were held to a 0-0 draw by Fenerbahce and Mikael Silvestre suffered a suspected broken nose to make him doubtful for Saturday's crucial home Premier League clash against Manchester United.
Boss Wenger also fears his kids are starting to run out of steam in the run-up to the match which could end their title challenge for another year.
After the Gunners' first goalless draw since February, he said: "Saturday is a massive game for us. It is vital to do well in our League games against the big teams.
"But we have had three difficult games in the space of one week and tonight we did not have the physical resources required to break down Fenerbahce.
"We created three or four clear-cut chances in the first half but couldn't score and in the second half we dropped physically and were less dangerous.
"All the English teams were doing well in the Champions League but this week none of us has won.
"Maybe that is due to the fact there was a full Premier League fixture list last Wednesday and we have not had enough time to recover."
Silvestre, elbowed by Fenerbahce skipper Semih Senturk, will undergo a scan on his nose today.
