It appears you still don't get it. IEBC, not party agents, has primary responsibility to plan and administer a free and fair election process. Vote casting and counting at the various voting station was just one of the many inputs of a free and fair election. There was no way party agents could have prevented the hacking of the IEBC that happened after the vote casting and counting phases of the election process.
