Forget all these jargons, in the textbooks and business world. take this, Customer care, Customer Service, Customer Relation, and the big one, "Public Relations" . and the list goes on. And you know what, They all means same thing, Just listen attentively, to people they will tell you what they. want. Cheka nao uwajue tabia zao. Teach that if you can, you could make tons of Shilings, wateja zako, all Banks in tanzania including Not for Profit Banks.
