Kenya is a magical country. Pumbavu kweli wewe.

you are wrong about 4 tall buildings in one Zone. i tried to post above areas like KIJITONYAMA, UPANGA ,AND SAM NUJOMA STRIP. Go read and you will understand. we are very close to what NAIROBI have done, imagine we had no all those towers 5 years ago, look at your FLYOVERS AND INTERCHANGE, most of them are on advanced stage, some even landscaping not done, you can say you are miles away if those road projects were done 10 year ago, on monday we are launching the construction of our 2nd flyover (3 LEVEL INTERCHANGE, and BRT phase 2, 3 and 4. ,about Our SGR project, we alread have a contractor and the deal already signed . I can say you are steps away for housing estates although in Dar , they are also coming up everywhere. one thing you are untouchable though is the multinational regional offices coming in Nairobi.

BTW there are 8 New Buildings with 30-35 storey in one Zone you suggested [POSTA
5 years ago, let me say 3 years ago, Nairobi was just the CBD... UAP,BRITAM,KCB, and most of the Upperhill buildings are new. now AVIC, HASS,88,MONTAVE all supertalls are on the works. These are 40+ floors buildings with the highest 60 floors. But the many unmentioned 20+ are sprawling everywhere. We have completed the first phase of our SGR, the second phase is well underway (Nairobi-Naivasha) section. We have just completed our Southern bypass, (prettiest road) We are doing a double decker road, We are soon starting the Western bypass. And outer ring road is well underway, a road with overpasses, underpasses and a BRT median. You notice you have one major road project, we have at least 5 plus some link roads on the works. Your SGR situation not very clear, but we have done our first phase and our second phase is ongoing. When it comes to new buildings coming up, we can not be sure of the number in both sides, so we only mention the major ones. We have AVIC- A project of six towers ranging between 176m and 81m (43floors to 24 floors) , HASS which will be the tallest in Africa- with 331m ... So in terms of growth Nairobi is doing pretty well and doing it so fast and we are still ahead.
