Was he playing mind games with head of states?
Anything in connection with GenZ or GenY, he addresses it when in Kenya.

You are hurt because amesema Dar can’t match Addis Ababa and Nairobi. Ingekuwa the other way round Ungekuwa unashangilia kuliko kila mtu.

So because they are failures they can’t do a comparison? Whether failure or not, the guy just said the truth about Dar being a village urban center.
