hata kwa hizi ulizoleta bado external public debt iko over 48 na hata kwa kuangalia banking instituion ndo zimebeba mzigo mkubwa wa deni enu na kama kawaida riba ya domestic banks zenu in comparison na external banks still ni kubwa
