New Cairo city ukaskia yote ni nyumba za makazi.
Fomu sixi strikes again. 😂

Kama sio masomo duni, ungeweza kuona nilispecify Egypt new capital housing project'.

Alafu, tumia akili ujue hizo 343km unataja are the city administrative borders, not the built up are.
Much like Dar is slum.

Hizi 0 kwenye id yako respresents who you are. 🤣🤣🤣 sources say eistleigh contributes about 10% of Nairobi’s gdp, sasa labda utueleze 100 billion ndio Gdp ya Naipori. 🤣🤣🤣 wewe ni maandazi kuliko wote humu ndani.

Which sources are you talking about?

Nairobi GDP is about $35-40 Billion
Eastleigh contributes 30% of Nairobi City County Tax Revenue and collections.

What is 30% of $35?

Hivi nyinyi mnalitakia mema hili taifa kweli.? Au mnashabikia tu.?

Africa's largest Public Housing Schemes
1. Egypt Residential in the New Adminstrative Capital -
2. Kilamba City, Angola
3. Mukuru Housing, Nairobi.
...
28. The biggest Tanzanian project..

Satisfied, Englishman?

Also, with some houses in the Egypt city costing over $250,000, I'd rather not classify it as a public housing scheme.

That is just a bunch of investors allocated government land, to build gated communities inside the city.
It's not even a single coherent project.
More like the way we have over 100 gated communities in Karen.

Ila umetoka kutuambia mukuru is largest housing project surpassing that of Egypt , sasa tueleze 1000 acres na 53 acres ipi kubwa

You realize, even the numbers you're thowing around don't make Dodoma look good? 😂 😂
I thought you'd quietly drop the issue in embarrassment.

But anyway, the only fool-proof way to calcuate the 'GDP' or in short the Production of a non-nation entity, is through how much they are collecting in taxes. Eastleigh contribution to Nairobi county is 30%.

Unless you link me to the particular document, not these mythical 'sources' or 'estimates'. A particular document that shows when and how Eastleigh's contribution was measured to be 10-15%.
Until then, tax revenue is the closest measure.
