The issue with Bongo SGR is from the beginning it was meant to show off that Tanzania is better than Kenya. The electrification part was a result of public pressure for bragging rights and that’s why it was given to the Turks and not Chinese.

You only hear of a one or two hick ups but Delta Force has 98% success rate .
