US Navy chief and Kenya CDF opened the new $70 million joint Naval Commando training center at Mtongwe Naval base Mombasa . This the second US built base on the Kenya Indian Ocean coast after Manda base Lamu hence strengthening Kenya-US military cooperation even further. Among benefits upcoming includes more military equipment for Kenya Navy to ensure Kenya can project power over the African part of the Indian Ocean . This year alone Kenya and the US have conducted 2 reported joint military exercises ( you can YouTube it) and unknown number of classified joint exercises. Something is cooking on the Indian Ocean coast corridor. Time will tell .

In 2024 , Kenya initiated Naval pilots training program and following year some Navy cadets went to the US for pilot training program. I never posted it because I didn’t know what it was about but now everything is coming together. The US is about to equip Kenya Navy with air assets . How many African countries have Naval Air component?… Kenya Navy about to become real bad ass . Everyone in the neighborhood watch out.

Nothing from Kenya will hurt Tanzanians. Kenya is facing extreme hunger and poverty.

Not bad .. but Nairobi team is not in full strength ( no excuses). But let’s be honest, Dar city team starting five including the top scorer is 3 Americans, 1 Nigerian and 1 South Sudanese. The only real good local player is Thabeet ( former NBA player). So unless they acquire citizenship, I will bet my account that Tanzania national team can never beat Kenya in any shape or form. Maybe it’s time for Nairobi team to recruit Americans too .

That’s exactly what I posted ( 5 foreigners) and in this case they are the starters . Basketball is played by 5 players on each side in case you didn’t know . It’s like a football team of 11 foreigners who are all starting ( means it’s the real team). You might as well call the team Dar is a Slum Foreigners…🤣🤣🤣🤣🤟🏾

I give Dar city one credit .. I just checked their background and they got some well monied sponsorship. No wonder they can afford foreign players. It’s a real pro team. Maybe Nairobi city Thunder should borrow a leaf here. Money talks and in modern sports you need lots of it to stay competitive.
