It's a level 2 hospital. Yani ni dispensary which are only 5,000 in Kenya, Tanzania have 8,000 dispensaries in the entire country.

In short 83% of total health facilities in Tanzania is made up of dispensaries 🤣🤣😂

Yes smaller than Mandera yet it’s the capital of Njombe region ( province)
As we keep telling you our county hospitals are equivalent of your regional hospitals like Njombe but ours are more authentic and better equipped… period!

Mandera County has 25000km² area, Njombe Region has 21000km²
Mandera has 1.4 million people, Njombe has 900K people. So Mandera is bigger than Njombe and has more people but Njombe has a better hospital than Mandera. Can't you see how dumb you sound here, trying to justify poverty, hunger and underdevelopment because these three things are the ones that define exactly what Mandera is

What you wrote is the thoughts of a slave. You are thinking that a citizen of another country should come and rule your country.

Only an idiot and a slave would think like that

And you are not thinking at all.. no different to wild animals who are oblivious of their purpose in life
