Mradi wa 15 floors haijashuhudiwa Kenya? Wengine wenu ni wa kupuuzwa tu. Ni attention mnatafuta

Saa hii Kenya the it's just " Construction has officially began in every corner".

This tower will be 35 floors, 140 meters high. Hii ikipelekwa Tanzania itakuwa the tallest building there.

After losing out on the refinery, bongolala, who think Dangote has endless money, hope he can do something.. anything in their country.
Geza Ulole and President of China can rest assured that Dangote is all into oil, and he is keen to dominate Kenya and East Africa before he gets too old. That will take priority.

Nashangaa ile list walikwekewa hadi barabara 🤣🤣🤣
Just wondering when did Dangote start building roads as an investment. Sad that Dangote is dangling oranges to them kuwatuliza roho and they are falling for it 😂😂

Kumbe ni ukweli Dangote alienda Tanzania to console them after choosing Lamu Port as the site for refinery 😂😂🤣🤣

Bongolalas wondering why these highrise projects are rising all over Nairobi and its environs like mushrooms and the same is not happening in Dar slum.

It's all about the growing middle-class and Kenyans' purchasing power. If you read that tweet, you see the project is already 80% sold off-plan. Yani hata groundbreaking haijaanza na wakenya washanunua units!

An investor wants a market where he's assured of ROI, and this is what Nairobi offers as opposed to that glorified fishing village

80% sold before the first shovel.
Bongolala watadhani hii ni AI. 😂😂

Poor Dar vumbi can only dream. Every year, Nairobi metropolitan overtakes Dar vumbi by another 5 years.
President of China sidhani ata 2070 mtaweza kucatch up. 😂😂

Huyo Nyamwezi anatafuta tu attention. Wengine ni wa kupuuzwa tu

For them the TPA tower is still half empty 15 years since it was completed.

Mzizima tower is still under construction since 2013, in Kenya ground breaking is happening today then next year it's already topped out😂

I'm sure Kagame made that decision after he knew that Dangote chose Kenya.

All articles are now saying the same thing.
