Battle: Dar es Salaam vs Nairobi

Battle: Dar es Salaam vs Nairobi

When I see Morocco 🇲🇦 being added to one of the 6 favorites to win the World Cup ( with Spain, France. England, Argentina and Colombia). I can’t help to remember just a year ago , Harambee stars beat them with 10 men … the last real team to beat Morocco in a real competition….
Gives me hope for AFCON 2027 .

Remember I refused to reveal the 2 super talls in Upper Hill a while ago because I didn’t want to jinx them …so shhhhhhhh!… you beat me to it… but let’s wait till the excavation…. ( history is a good lesson if you know what I mean…)..🤪🤪🤪

The density of tall buildings in this area will be insane.

4 more towers still on the foundation stage.

There is one that will make GTC look like a mini tower… but let’s leave it at that till excavation day..🤪🤪
Basically Nairobi will soon have 3 towers ( 2 in Upper Hill and 1 in Westlands ) that will occupy top 5 in Africa ( meaning 3 out of 5 tallest buildings in Africa will be in Nairobi)… afterwards will be a race for height within the city taking Nairobi to levels of Dubai and New York in terms of height … I am not even counting new NSSF towers which will then be in top 6 in Africa. save this post …
