Issue sio kuwa electric tu bado watahitaji kubadilisha design nzima ya signalling system , curves na kufanya continuous welding ili iweze kwenda kwa spidi, gharama ni kubwa haiwezi kuwa na return kwao

Inaonekana uko nyuma sana, Zambia wamekuwa wakitumia beira port miaka na miaka na ndo port iliyokaribu kuliko hata hiyo maputo.
Kutoka beira to harare ni 560 km na Iko connected na railway line tofauti na Ile ya maputo ambayo inatakiwa kwanza kwenda south Africa baadae ije iunge kwenda Zimbabwe.
Kutoka Lusaka to beira ni 1050 na railway connected for years , lakini bado hazijawahi tikisa bandari ya dar..sembuse kuexpand maputo ambayo haina direct link na any railway line to Zimbabwe ?

Bado wewe ni fala mmoja tu.

Sijui kama unajua maana ya TAZARA, kwa Zambia kuiikimbia TAZARA ni sawa na kujipiga risasi mguuni. Na pia bado TAZARA unabeba mzigo kutoka DRC kwa wingi tu.

Huko Mozambique watajuana wenyewe kwenye mambo ya security, ni sawa tu na EACOP ilivyopotea kunyaland na kujipata Iko Tanga. Haya mambo hayaendi kwa maneno tu mzee... Kuna mikakati imesukwa vizuri tu.

Kitu Cha kusikitikia ni hiyo garimoshi yenu huko north corridor... 8 hours from mombasa to naivasha... Wakati hapo sisi tayari kwa SGR tunakuwa tupo Kigoma... Maana yake nini? Kwa muda mfupi, na kwa gharama nafuu maana hatutumii fossil fuels... Tunaweza kubeba mzigo mwingi kwa Nchi jirani kama Uganda, Rwanda , Burundi na Congo... Hata Hadi South Sudan... Tunawafikia haraka kabla ya hiyo chuma chakavu yenu.

Ndio nashangaa jamaa anashoboka na mambo ya kwa jirani wakati kwake kupo hovyo.

Ukanda huu border ya hovyo ni malaba, pale watu wanakaa hadi siku 5 kusubiria kuvuka. Sasa kwa uchumi na biashara sio sawa. Hii SGR itawanyoosha sana hawa nyang'au.

Don't forget to remind them about the rail SGR us building from DRC to Angola for export of minerals. Yani wanafinywa kila mahali😂😂
