Battle: Dar es Salaam vs Nairobi

[stakehigh]

At least they're towns. Not designed like a rural Florida elderly dementia patient village surrounded by high walls. 😂

BTW treni yako ina mteja mmoja 😂 😂 na huyo mteja wako mmoja ameenda kusaini tanzania 😂😂 instead of being worried about your important client your worried about DRC ambae anapelekewa reli mpaka mlangon 😂

Hebu leta hiyo city tuione. 😂😂😂 kuna kitu nataka nikuonyeshe.

The only walls you'll find in Tatu City are in the well-designed industrial and residential zones.

Actually, watching this video, I've realized the Dodoma you're building looks like the ugly brother of Tatu City Industrial zone. 😂😂
The ugly buildings complement the ugly planning. You should send a delegation to Tatu 😂

This is Kijani Ridge in Tatu City.
For your hollow brain, it's a residential suburb in Tatu City.
The same way Nairobi has Karen, Langata etc.

😂😂 Usijali, tutakutafutia kazi hapa. Weka your welding papers tayari.

Kijani Ridge is now probably in Kenya's top 10 best estates, which means in Bongolala it would be top 3. And most likely number 1 when it comes to cost of land.

One house in Kijani Ridge is worth half of Tandale 😂
