Kila siku tunawaambia humu ndani kuwa hawana priorities kabisa; hawa nyangau they always place the cart ahead of the donkey in everything they do. What is needed first is to create employment and a conducive environment for business; then, as the number of employed people and businesses increases, the demand for housing and other consumer goods will increase organically.

Inaonekana hata kwenu kiingereza mmekariri. Ukiambiwa cumulative Ina maanisha Toka mmeanza huduma za sgr ndo mmefikisha hiyo 50mil tonnes.
Sasa unataka kuleta na comparison na tz ambao hizo 100,000 tonnes zilikuwa ni mizigo ya ndani bila kuwa na port link? Kumbuka mlikaaa mwaka mzima bila kutoa huduma ya mizigo mpaka mlipofanikiwa kuingiza reli bandarini , same kwa tz ambayo port link imeanza July ila kabla ya hapo ilikuwa ni loose cargo Toka kwa viwanda vya ndani.

Kenya first year 3.5 tonnes
Bongolala first year 100,000 tonnes.

That's the only data you need kueelewa. Gari Moshi Kenya is doing X30 numbers on the slowest electric railway in the world. 🤣🤣

People are willing to pay twice the amount because there's lack of those luxury apartments in the market (Dar). When a commodity/service is rare to find lazima ikuwe Tu expensive. In Tanzania that commodity availability is close to zero.

Kwani hii mambo ya Demand and supply huelewi?😂😂🤣

Exactly. Same thing you notice in Kinshasa. Apartments are so expensive but the quality is wanting. You just pay expensively because of lack of options. In Nairobi, you're spoilt for choice.

And yet the value ya majengo kwa dar Iko juu kuliko Tanzania ikiwa na maana dar Ina majengo mengi au apartments nyingi sana kuliko Nairobi ( according to world bank report).
Hapo bado spending mentality ya watanzania hupenda kuishi kwenye nyumba zao wenyewe na sio apartments sababu ya privacy

Buildings zenu hazina quality yoyote na ndo maana Kila siku majengo yanadondoka , 90 % ya nyumba zenu hata skimming nje hamfanyi sasa kuna quality gani?

Hata kwa passengers mlikuwa hivyo hivyo ila kwa sasa hata kuongea hamtaki maana monthly passengers ni ya kwenu kwa three months , Buda transhipment ndo imekamilika Dodoma haina hata mwezi, port link imekamilika July ulitaka compare kwa mzigo unaotoka wapi kwenda wapi?🤣🤣🤣🤣

Yeah, according to world Bank report for 2016 released in 2017, that's 11 years ago. Mtakwamilia hiyo old report Hadi lini?😂😂🤣

Now show us what Dar has built from 2017-2026 so that we can compare with Nairobi. Kwenu kupata luxury apartments under construction is a nightmare.
