Dar is a city looking like middle east, not modern metropolis like Nairobi, na tuko na Kibera..., oops, being upgraded!!! The pictures za Dar zina rotate around one place, the rest ni scattered developments..., Dar is trying lakini bado..,

Define Middle East. Do you mean the Kariakoo residential area? I believe you have the same place that looks like Kariakoo next to your CBD and most of the buildings in CBD Nairobi are more than 10 years old TIMES TOWER, KCC?

I THINK MY CITY IS MODERN

Modern Publick transport (BRT) international restaurants KFC, PIZZA HUT, SUBWAY,MERRY BROWN ETC. Except multinational companies we are not very far from Nairobi. Flyovers, interchange are taking place in Dar too, so its not like you are 10 years ahead. I believe in 2 years our flyovers will be done , BRT phase 2 3 4 will be in advanced stage and the Whole city will be very modern.

Dar es salaam projects are not scattered
