Red soil is fertile, I see nothing wrong with the red matope. Hapa tunaongelea the qualitybof the residential housing, but all u see is the soil? Yeah, and as Humble African said a while ago, no city particularly in Africa is devoid of slums. Kampala does have its fair share of the problem.
