Hahahaaa.....the only message i'm getting from your pics is red matope and slummy residences

Red soil is fertile, I see nothing wrong with the red matope. Hapa tunaongelea the qualitybof the residential housing, but all u see is the soil? Yeah, and as Humble African said a while ago, no city particularly in Africa is devoid of slums. Kampala does have its fair share of the problem. But at least kwa real estate sector and urban planning wanakaa sawa tu. They are somewhere, at least.

Lakini what about Dar?

Zipo, hatujawahi kataa. Inakisiwa ya kwamba mitaa za mabada comprise just 15% of the Nairobi totoal area. Kenya was tied with SA in terms of real estate in the 2015 survey by venturesAfrica.com

But this is not about Kenya. It is a a battle royale btwn Uganda and Tanzania. Do not drag in Kenya into this. This has nothing to do with Kenya.
I am half Ugandan, proud to represent my mum's country here.

Watanzania leteni mitaa zenyu! Yaana hata haka kaUganda kanawashinda kwa hili!

My Take

Kampala beats Dar in terms of suburbs 8-2

Dar has a bigger and better skyline 9-3

But nyinyi Tanzanians hampendi maendeleo. Mnakataa East African Federation iwe nchi moja
