Habari wakuu,nataka kuanza biashara ya heavy duty equipments and machines kama vile mobile harbour cranes,cranes,(backhoe)Loaders,wheel loaders excavacator,reach stackers nk nninaomba aliye na experience ya hiyo biashara anielezee inavyoenda kabla sijaingia rasmi.

Tafuta wauzaji wa mitambo hiyo kama wauzaji wa caterpiller au watumiaji wakubwa (wakandarasi) watakuhabarisha maeneo yenye mahitaji makubwa na aina ya mitambo ambayo inahitajika sana lakini haipo sokoni.

Tafuta wauzaji wa mitambo hiyo kama wauzaji wa caterpiller au watumiaji wakubwa (wakandarasi) watakuhabarisha maeneo yenye mahitaji makubwa na aina ya mitambo ambayo inahitajika sana lakini haipo sokoni.

Mkuu Mimi niliaawaza hii biashara kabla nikafanya research. Hii biashara ni very capital intensive na to break even you need a market predictability. Something which is missing.

Majority ya wateja wako wana contract na government ambapo payment inachelewa sana. Also, lazima uwe na operator na wengi wana abuse the equipment so maintenance fee is a nightmare.

Kwa hivyo basi ni bora ungejikita katika uagizaji na utoaji wa huduma wa vifaa hivyo nilivyovitaja.

Capital ya hizi equipments ni billions na insurance zake ni balaa lakini inalipa big time ...my advice be professional na tumia wataalam wakusaidie uwalipe acha ubahiri wakusaidie kazi na avoid short cuts la sivyo you will be surprised.
