1. Msando is not the only crime that Kenya police have failed to give details. It is not news that they are incompetent.

2. Nasa has claimed many times that Chebukati's login was used 9000 times etc. That is the information that is only found in the server. But it makes good political music to repeat over and over again that the server was not opened.
Even after the ruling, IEBC invited them over and over again to go look at the server but they refused.
The day they acknowledge that the server was indeed opened, they will have no material for their political rallies.

This had been the tradition of all electoral bodies and is custom everywhere in the world, but Maraga and his fellow judges decided that every last form must arrive at Bomas before results are declared.

The constitution, of which Raila was the BIGGEST supporter, created devolution to cure allocation of resources and marginalization.
Every county now receives billions every year to decide what they want to do with it, yet just 7 years ago they had to rely on the national government and the President's mercy for everything.

The 2010 constitution was created with the main intention of dealing with marginalization and here you are blaming it for being the cause. Clear sign you understand anything.

All you know is making wild allegations without supporting evidence. I challenged you to give me a way I have benefited from Jubilee and a way a Luo has been oppressed by Jubilee and you don't have a single one.

The same way, I would want you to tell me one way the constitution has led to marginalization.

When I said your constitution doesn't give answers for problems that affect Kenyans instead it addresses problems of politicians, I didn't say that Raila is not included, my aim is to tell you that your new constitution has not done anything new for Kenyans, Uhuru Kenyatta and his friends already have changed some of sections to sweet their political ego, and Raila is already denying it because it doesn't make him to become president, but normal wananchi are still swiming in the ocean of tribalism, corruption, insecurity, hunger and grinding poverty ever than before, but your constituion doesn't give any answer, then you want people to respect such hopeless katiba
