Bill to separate from Kenya officially finished ready for Tabling

Bill to separate from Kenya officially finished ready for Tabling

I don't support and is not better option, but what you are talking is bitter truth, there is no another option for Kenya, if you remember well, I have been telling you Kenya that you have only two options
1)Constitutional amendment to include section that shall allow presidential rotation, so as each tribe to be given a guarantee
2)Country to be divided into as many parts as possible

Presidential rotation?
Who will start?
With 43 tribes, it will take 430 years for the one who started to return back to power. Who has that patience?

Put a map of these two proposed states

Their flawed map happens to include Kajiado and Narok. Two counties with Jubilee governors and Jubilee dominated county assemblies.
When you remove these 2 counties from their secession plan, you are left with 3 countries. Nyanza, central/rift/northeastern and Coast.

We really cant but after a referendum is done all the counties that may vote out ndio zitajitenga kuiunda nchi yao ndio maana wameandika county zote !

Please you are brighter than this.
Siaya and Kisumu holding a referendum to seceed is like tenants calling for a vote to declare that they own the apartment.
Even if by some miracle you reach the referendum stage, and actually manage to have some body conduct it, it will be immaterial.
You should watch what's happening in Catalonia.
The only time a succeeding country will ever be recognized by any other country is if the mother country acknowledges the secession.. case in point South Sudan.
Otherwise you are just following the Somaliland route.

It is very easy for a country like Kenya, you just follow the size of population of your tribe, for example, Kikuyu, Luhya, Jaluo, Kalenjin, Kamba.........

It doesn't matter how long people or a trible will wait, but it gives them hope that one day, our person shall be in the state house, mis just a matter of time, also it is good way of making those who are in power to know that if they favor their tribes, this will pay back when they are out of power. But with current constitution it is clear that, mijikenda can't be a president even after a thousand years, that's why they think by separating from these big tribes, they can one day realize their dream

Clearly you know nothing about Kenya's politics.
With politicians like Raila who call for the changing of the constitution every time they lose, that rotation thing would be overturned once another greedy politician realizes he will never be president in 3 lifetimes.
Rotational presidency can only work in a place like Rwanda where there are like 2 tribes.

And by the way, the cause of all this talk is greedy, self centered politicians like Raila.
Democracy is not without flaws, but its the best system invented yet. But Raila can never bring himself to accept that he lost in the game of numbers. Sad because he carries the brains of a whole tribe who will burn every building and stone every police station in his name.
In a country like US, we have Virginia and some other state that have produced 8 presidents each.
On the other hand, 32 states have produced zero each.
If Raila was a politician over there, he would have already poisoned their minds to secede so he can be 'president' of something.
There is no system of government where everybody or everybody's tribe/region/hometown can be president.

Then you are remaining with only one option, that is to divide Kenya into many pieces as what is more likely to happen, and remember this will not be as smooth as you think, Kenya will pass through heavy tides and many people will lose their lives, and this is because you Kenyans you tend to know too much, you never listen to advices, you don't like to face the reality, why don't you read the map and see where Kenya is heading?

The only place Kenya will be divided is in Raila's imagination.
The country will remain intact and he will NEVER be president.

One of the biggest mistake you are making is to compare political climate of US and that of Kenya, why are you thinking like a small kid?, Kenya democracy is about 25 years old with tribalism, that of USA is about 270 years old with no tribalism, why don't you compare with Rwanda which has tribalism like Kenya and young democracy?

I will support raila if he fights for increasing revenue to the counties let's say like minimum of 50% and make the counties stronger that no one will be looking at the national government for developments....but now they are only fighting for their selfish gains that's hunger for power...having raila as president doesn't cure in anyway the sharp divisions

That is your wish, Sammuel999 and others think differently, who will win between you is to wait and see, what is clear is that Kenya shall never be a stable country if is not going to be divided

There's no contest. There is no game.
I've never heard any single presidential election that brought people together in any part of the world. The US was more divided after Trump won.
So this is not new.
Were it not for the Supreme Court, the August election would be behind us and forgotten, and Kenya would have moved forward.
But the prolonged election period is coming to and end and soon people will be back to their day jobs.

You think US was always united?
Throughout its history there have been several calls for secession, including some active movements even today in California and some other states.
But they don't get anywhere.
But at least we're on the same page. The problem is not democracy, because US and others have allowed it to work, the problem is politicians like Raila who incite.

And as much as Kenya is tribal, different tribes tend to live in different geographical locations. Jaluo in Nyanza, Kikuyu in Central etc. That means there can never be an all out war like Rwanda because all your neighbours are of the same tribe.

Ukabila wa Kenya hutokea tu wakati wa uchaguzi.
For 4.5 years people don't care which tribe you are in your daily activities.

What about Eritrea where each tribe had its own land like Kenya?, what about South Sudan where each tribe had its land, if being in different location prevent from war, are you mentally ok?

If you think there is no win or lose just ask Sammuel999, he is a Kenyan like you from my understanding, but I know because you are a Kikuyu you think you have more wright to represent Kenya than other tribe, but your views are completely different from that of others who are supporting NASA, for them they support separation either constitutionally or unconstitutionally, they are ready to pay any price for that, if necessary they are ready to die.

Kama naweza ulizwa, wajaluo lecturers, professors, heads of departments etc. wako disproportionately more.
