Bluray, has raised an important question about the importance of being precise. Could this be the precise problem that is inhibiting Tanzania and Tanzanians from developing? If that is the case how do we transform such an imprecise society into a precise one? Is it through civilization and modernization? Does acculturation and adaptation of science and technology bring precision/preciseness? Or?
