So, I was told to read "Atomic Habits" by James Clear , but had not even thought of reading it until yesterday.
This is the one of the most powerful personal improvement books I've ever read. It has quality advice about how to "Build Good Habits & Break Bad Ones". I am really enjoying it.
I Would highly recommend in case you haven't read it yet.

Tofauti na hapo ni app nzuri sana natamani ningeifahamu kabla.
