Still my favorite book on character development.
Easy to read, easy to understand and follow through.
Backed up with research and real results.
Started reading this book again for the third time, thought I should share it here.
Thanks

I just finished reading this book, which I started the day before. It's a really moving story about Nesta Koffi, a woman living in Africa whose husband has left for America to earn money for their family. It's called "SEASON OF WAITING " and it's written by David Omowale.

The story is all about Nesta and her children as they wait and wait for news from him. As the days go by with no word, Nesta's hope starts to fade, and she must face uncertainty, loneliness, and the challenges of raising her family alone. The book explores themes of love, loss, resilience, and the harsh realities of economic disparity that force families to separate.

It's a story that will resonate with anyone who has experienced the pain of waiting and the strength it takes to persevere in the face of uncertainty. It's a really powerful reminder of the human cost of global inequality and the enduring power of hope.

I really encourage you to look out for it in your free time.

The Tanzanian-British Nobel laureate (Literature, 2021) Abdulrazak Gurnah, is releasing his first book after receiving the Nobel Prize.

Titled simply "Theft", the book will be out March 18 2025.

I have already ordered one copy for myself and one for a friend so we could read together.

About Theft (Winner of the Nobel Prize in Literature)

In his first new novel since winning the 2021 Nobel Prize, a master storyteller captures a time of dizzying global change.

At the turn of the twenty-first century, three young people come of age in Tanzania. Karim returns to his sleepy hometown after university with new swagger and ambition. Fauzia glimpses in him a chance at escape from a smothering upbringing. The two of them offer a haven to Badar, a poor boy still unsure if the future holds anything for him at all. As tourism, technology, and unexpected opportunities and perils reach their quiet corner of the world, bringing, each arrives at a different understanding of what it means to take your fate into your own hands.
